Impact of the Myanmar Earthquake on Our Thai Subsidiary

On March 28, 2025, an earthquake occurred in Myanmar, with strong tremors also observed in some areas of Bangkok, Thailand.

We would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to everyone affected by this earthquake.

We are pleased to report that our Thai subsidiary, Clip Tip (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has not suffered any damage to its facilities or equipment. All of our staff and partner companies have been confirmed safe. Operations are continuing as usual.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and take any necessary actions to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all stakeholders.
